Be Careful When You Purge

So, apparently in one of my purging fits of  "I'm going to get rid of anything I haven't used in a long time", I must have gotten rid of my mini-muffin tins.  Why I thought this was a good idea, I don't know.

It must have been the same purging fit when I got rid of my bundt pan.  Another item I regret not having & have since needed.

Note to self:  Be careful when you purge.  And, be especially careful about purging baking related items.

Lesson learned and taken to heart.  I shall now go bake regular sized muffins instead of the adorable little mini muffins I wanted to make.

  1. Hi Karen,
I thought I might comment to you here. My dear grandson, 2 years old is arriving in the morning for the weekend, and dear husband and I have been crazy busy this evening. I would love to help you learn more about the Finger Lakes area,if interested. i am not sure where you are located at this time, but this is a gorgeous area. Both my husband and I are born and raised here and so thankful for that.We raised our 3 children here and our sons reside here as well. Our dear daughter and her family reside in Manlius , Ny. That is just on the edge of The Finger Lakes. Property is valued high here I would say.We always say you can experience all 4 seasons in one day in this area.I have not taken a good look at your blog, but hope to soon. It looks like it's all male. I love it....You are a most fortunate lady to have so many sons. That is our one regret, not having had more children. Our 3 were high risk pregnancy's ,and our Dr. did not think it wise to continue.Sure wished we had not listened. I love the Lord with all that I am,we live in an old farmhouse that is about 125 years old. I too dream constantly about what changes I want to make, but I love my home, even though it is basically held together with duct tape and love.I enjoy being home, and making a home for my dear husband, and our children, their families also.I hope this helps a little, would love to learn more about you too.My daughter helped me start a blog, but as yet I have not had time to get posting.I need a bit more help from her .I so much enjoy reading other's blogs,oh my,so much to say, I hope I have not bored you. is'nt God so wonderful,to supply all of our needs, and many of our wants too. If I get a chance after my grandson returns home, then I desire to look more closely at your blog. So glad you commented to me, and I hope to chat more. Dawn E. Brown

  2. I have a mini-muffin tin you could borrow...it's too bad you live so far away!

Glad to see I'm not alone in the purging too much category though. I am notorious for this and it drives my husband insane!

I hope you have a great weekend. :)

  5. I actually think it's better to get rid of something like this than to hold onto too much! :)
